REFUND POLICY

Most Fairway Feds products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, or for items ordered in the wrong size or color.

What's covered

We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, at our discretion, within 30 days of the delivery date for:

• Items that arrive damaged or defective
• Items that were misprinted or do not match the design ordered
• Incorrect items shipped
• Orders that are lost in transit and never arrive

What's not covered

• Orders placed in the wrong size, color, or style
• Change of mind after purchase

How to request a refund or replacement

Email us at fairwayfeds@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll review your request and get back to you within a few business days.
